[Resolved] Xclone Solution — Treating messages & mails from JM-ATVTSF | |
Dear Team, To meet my financial crisis at this pandemic period i thought of taking online project and registered in quikr, Same day i received a call from xclone solution from Ahmadabad . The lady who contacted me said that i have to fill 800 form with in 7 days . Each form cost of 20 rs . I have to do 90% work correctly and she started the process . She called me and said that i will received a mail that is online signature and i want to reply . She is urging me (not even given time or explained me about the forms) and ask me to send the mail and unfortunately I done . I received the confirmation call even on that call also i didn't received clear information she said only 4 things i am taking the project, within 7 days i have to complete, each form is about 20 rs and she asked me yes or no . I said yes I will taken the project . Daily i used to spend 2-3 hours to fill the forms and if I have any queries i tried contact the person who spoke to me to taken this project but she didn't replied for any queries . On 21 of May i receive a mail stating that i have not complete 90% of work so I need to pay the penalty of Rs 5500/-, however they said me at the time of transferring the amount they will detect from the detect this registration amount of 5500/- . I got shocked and replied for the ma stating all the details and screenshots but I didnt receive any reply till date . On 22 as per my completion date i have completed my project and submitted the same .Once I submitted it shows my file is under QC. After 2 days i receive that my QC failed, the next day i hot a call from Ms.Shiksha saying she is an advocate and i have two options 1- i have to pay 5500 as penalty 2- I need to purchase the software 7900/- I said them clearly i will purchase the software but I ha e credit card . She asked me the credit card balance and ask me to send the credit card they will generate the otp.I got a doubt at this point and refused to provide the details . I said them clearly i am willing g to work but detect the amount t from my amount but she forced me to pay first then only i will get the software . She spoke to me and literally forcing me to pay the amount and she started texting me in whatsapp telling within 1o clock i need to pay else she will start legal process . I said clearly to send the software and i will complete my work but she strictly said i need to pay first . Now i am getting message stating within 72 hours i will received the legal notice . they also messaging me in normal msg and emails sir. they torturing me and they have my aadhar card proof. so they black. ailing me of sending legal notice to address and take legal actions in the court. plss help me... to get out of this plsss... help me
