I ordered samsung led to xclusiveoffer.com when i received led i open it when i open the led tv i saw led panel was damage that time i called to xclusiveoffer and told that led panel was damage when i open led so kindly replace led asap so that i can gift to someone because i have already told you to company i am ordering this led for gift purpose so plz replace asap.
