I have purchased a product online at xclusiveoffer.com site and after a few month i got a call of winning car. And they asked for deposition of money and phase by phase i have deposited 55000 in the account number [protected] and ifsc code idfb0020125. After realising my fault i have complained at my nearest police station and then m trying this. The phone calls i have got from the sites are from[protected],[protected], [protected], +[protected].
Please help me with this. With honour request sir.

This fraud company took my all money something 59000
1. They will give u call for car contest. (10000)
2. Documents like aadhar card. (14000)
3. Charge for documents. (15000)
4. Nomination charged. (15000) and finally 5. Acount verification. (25000) but i didn't give them this last amount.. Coz my almost money was taken. By them.. So and the didn't send me anything product. Of that price they took all money.. So guys don't received any call from xcluciveoffer.com... And need some action on them those fraud company

Xclusiveoffers.com is a fraud company had assured to provide Hyundai i10 as prize money on basis of random selection and also assured to organize a function in near by my residence and honour me at that function. For this they have looted around Rs.4.00 lakhs in name of Nomination, Registration, Security Deposit etc. and I have deposited the lumpsum.They were assuring about the payment genuinity as it was through SBI COLLECT. Now, they are asking me to give the benefit after depositing the GST amount. But, I am sure this amount to be paid will not be recovered.
Therefore, I request you to kindly help me in this regard for recovery of money from the fraud company so called Xclusiveoffers.

They are fraud don't trust anybody i got a call from them and they said their site name. I opened and checked the product but i told them to cod the product. But they said there is no cod for this product. I got confirmed that this is fraud company, so that i played with them that i said the page is not opening and they said 100 times of their site name with clear spell, at that time i checked their site review got confirmed. So requesting you to don't go for this type of fraud companies product.

Today i got a call from xclusiveoffer.com, first of all, the call was making me wonder how they got my number and they claim to be saying that since i shop from amazon and flipkart i have been selected for a promotional offer. They say i have to check the package they are offering on internet and buy that package through an online payment. While on the call the agent transferred the call to a senior. I asked him to make this package on cod to me as i was unsure of the website and its authenticity. I checked several reviews which claimed to be a fraud and the call was making me feel nervous. I spoke to the senior who is explaining me why they cant give cod as flipkart took five years to setup cod. First of all, any courier partner offers cod at a nominal cost, flipkart took that time as it runs its own logistics department named ekart and even before ekart i used to get my products on cod at an additional charge. He then argued that if a company doesnt do enough in revenue, bank doesnt give them a payment gateway and since they have a payment gateway i should be least worried. I also run a startup which is now successful and even in the earlier days when i had no customers i did have payment gateway, as it is run by a third party for little commission per sale. He then abused me of not having knowledge and hung up the phone.
Beware it is a fraud company!!! Dont come in their prank!

aur abhi tak koi bhi product mila bhi nhi dtdc ka docket number bhi diya tha par check karne pe pata chala ki us number pe koi bhi courier nhi dispatch hai .. company vala banda bola ki sir aapka sara product esi pe aa gaya hai pata karne par pata chala ki fraud h . jab hm usko ye baat bataye to phir 5000 rs ki maag karne laga ese hi karke 10000 liya bhi pr kuch nhi mila ..plzz yogi ji help karo paise na mile to koi baat nhi pr company ki @#$% ek kar do plzzz

By a phone call from them i have paid them through jd pay 3999/-, for their promise for assured gift of dell laptop which would received at the same day with the other products but till i have not received the laptop, multiple times they call me to pay more amount to delivered the laptop, which is again the false commitment. I have already send 3 email to the company and one written letter through speed but till have no response. I have already report to consumer forum, and from their a mail has also send to the company but no response to the consumer forum. Then the consumer forum asked me to move to consumer court against the xclusiveoffer. And i will move to consumer forum very soon and i am also requesting to all who are forded by the xclusive, to do same as i am doing.

Paid on JULY 30/2016 --- Rs 3999- for LOTTO combo, Delivered on August 17 with so many calls, FAKE LOTTO combo with T-Shirt of worth 1000, Shoes of worth 2000, FAKE Siyarams suit (of 4000 mrp) is given and I did not order for that.

SBI Branches rejected my complaints stating that they are unaware of action to be taken for online transactions.

12 Oct. A online shopping company www.xclusiveoffer.com call me and tell me that you have won a Dell laptop and convenience me to purchase a combo pack of shoes, t-shirt, sunglass and wrist watch. After it I checked on Google and found that Xclusiveoffer.com is a fraud company and I call to company for refunded my money and cancel my order but they refuse and told me that they can not refund money. I got call from xclusiveoffer.com saying that my number is selected for a contest that if i buy a Puma Combo for Rs. 5299, I will get a gift from them from a list of 5 products. A person called Manish Sharma said am Rank 2 customer and if i buy the combo i will get Dell I5 laptop for sure and he don't want me to loose it. So he planned and made me to pay 5, 299. I received a low quality product and also siarams suit as my gift which is not even work Rs.500. When i called them and ask they are taking all rubbish. This has happened to lot others also. They are completely fraud and if this continues there is no worth of law in our country. Help every one on this

Got a call from this company claiming to give assured gifts like iphone, dell laptop but after an immediate transaction of Rs. 6999/- . They did not give any receipt of the transaction and now refusing to give any item. Though i have a mail from their support team stating that they have received a payment of 6999/- but it seems of no use to get earlier state items.
They promised to give an iphone5s and some combo including shoes, tshirt, cap. I have not received any item and now they are refusing to take a call.

Once I receive the cheque and mentioned amount (Rs. 5740/- ) after necessary deductions(due to gateway charges) in my bank,

Guys i had the same problem but i have some phone numbers.[protected] name Manish Sharma,[protected] pricing department they are saying. We all have to do something to get our money back. am going to file a complaint and produce a case on this. We should not let this happen to others too. Lets find them and produce in court.

Today I got a call again from the same website asking why have you raised a complaint in consumer complaint.

Checked with them regarding refund procedure, as no information on the website. I did send the products back to them via DTDC courier (B[protected] that reached them on 28th Aug'16. Still as on date no response nor any update on my refund amount. Very sick customer care and their inefficient Team Leader Abhishek. No courtesy for customer calling from other states. Always busy in lunch breaks. No response to the calls. If anyone can take action, please do so. And do not fall for such cheap website offers.

The girls working there in call centre are trained to fool people and they started abusing too as they got to know that i was wasting time n not buying anything. i am customer of xclusiveoffer and i purchage 5999 combo from the company and i get puma brand product when recieve my parcel i saw that i did not my assured gift
then i called to xclusiveoffer customer care and i ask where my assured gift which you promise
then they said me that your assured gift will be recieve afere 4 to 5 days then asked once again what assured gift i will recieve because your company executive told me that your ranking is nikon coolpix camera.
if camera will recieve me then i will recieve assured gift otherwise i will return the combo
after a weak i recieve parcel from company side when i open the parcel i saw camera was there.
thanks to customer care and pooja who will give right information regarding my gift and product.

Xclusiveoffer.com is biggest fraud. They called me just now and ordered me 5 gifts - laptop, iphone, watch etc. Then they asked to purchase 2999 worth of combo products.
I knew from the beginning that this is fraud call. So i handled them very well. Call duration was almost half an hour. The girls working there in call centre are trained to fool people and they started abusing too as they got to know that i was wasting time n not buying anything. They seem low educated and cheap from their talking.
When threatened them about registering a complaint in consumer court they told me to go on!!! I haven't purchased anything from this website.
If anyone has purchased and got con, plz register a FIR against them!! I support All coll recoding for you staff .
