Hi,
I purchased a 4w central locking and security system by xenos on 31/08/2016 from a car accessories dealer in mumbai. I've an authentic bill of purchase and a valid warranty card.
The product is already giving me problems and its just been one and half years since i purchased. I'm unable to lock my car through the central locking system and i've to do it manually.
The customer care number ([protected]) mentioned on the warranty card is not working and i cannot find any other number on the internet to reach out to the company.
Please help me get my product fixed/replaced. My product is under warranty as the company offers a 3 years warranty period.
Request you to please help me out with this one.
