I had buyed 2 machines of xerox 3 years ago after 1 month of buying these machines got breakdown frequently after geting service now the condition is this each day 1 or another machine got down after engineer resolve the problem now the local engineer also can't able to resolve the problem each and every day a new part is install in the machines even after that no resolution has came i litteraly very tired of xerox machines.
I personaly recommend people not to buy machines from xerox as their machines are of very poor quality, engineers are not educated even don't have genral knowledge about the machines. Was this information helpful? |
