I had buyed 2 machines of xerox 3 years ago after 1 month of buying these machines got breakdown frequently after geting service now the condition is this each day 1 or another machine got down after engineer resolve the problem now the local engineer also can't able to resolve the problem each and every day a new part is install in the machines even after that no resolution has came i litteraly very tired of xerox machines.
I personaly recommend people not to buy machines from xerox as their machines are of very poor quality, engineers are not educated even don't have genral knowledge about the machines.

From xerox team attending my complain till 7 Dec. I remembering about my complain ever day to
Mrs Sandhya, Exe at service centre but not get any help from her, today already 10 days left but my complain is still there, no any solution from xerox side, still service centre person give same answer wait we will talk to our engineer and call back you in 20min. Just few minutes ahead I talk to sr. Executive Mr Akash from xerox service centre about my complain but he also give me same answer that he don't to when & how my printer problem is resolved. He also give me same answer he will call me after 20 mins and already 30 min lefts. Over all I fed up with xerox services & not able to wait more. So request to replace my printer as early as possible.

We have purchased a machine work center 5024 approx 1 year ago. in one-year machine creat, e many problems regarding its gear. Many time company engineers try to solve the problem but machine function not working properly.

Xerox 3045b : no resolution even after 2 months

I have a Xerox WorkCentre 3045B multi-function laser printer (sl#: [protected]) which broke down on[protected]. There was spark & smoke from the printer & the display & backlit buttons where flickering, & was stuck at an error code. I logged complaint# 2662171 by calling [protected] on the same day itself. The engineer came after 1 week on[protected] & after inspection he said that the toner is over & needs to be replaced. He left saying he did not have spare toner & provided a telephone number to book toner. I borrowed toner from a friend who has Xerox Phaser 3040 printer & now the printer was not picking in paper. I called the engineer but he advised to log another complaint. So I logged complaint# 2667211 on[protected]. On[protected], I got a call from Xerox & said that the complaint# has to be changed to 2670507 due to technical issues. After that, 3 different engineers tried to repair my printer on various days. They replaced multiple parts but still the printer refused to pick paper. On[protected], engineer came & took my printer to their service centre saying that they could repair faster there. He told me that within 1 week I would get repaired printer or replacement printer. After the said 1 week, I called Mr Shinoj at [protected] several times but he never answered my calls. Later, when I call [protected], the customer care agents say that spare is on the way & will reach in 2 days. That's what the agents have been saying for over a month.
During this time I was also informed by the customer care agents that the 1 year warranty of my printer expired in September 2015 but I purchased the printer on[protected]. So I should have warranty till November 2015. As asked, I had sent the invoice copy to [protected]@xerox.com for which I received a case# 608867 but there's no update after that. After that, I sent my grievance to [protected]@xerox.com for which I got escalation reference# 14473 on[protected] & no updates after that.
During this time I was also informed by the customer care agents that the 1 year warranty of my printer expired in September 2015 but I purchased the printer on[protected]. So I should have warranty till November 2015. As asked, I had sent the invoice copy to [protected]@xerox.com for which I received a case# 608867 but there's no update after that. After that, I sent my grievance to [protected]@xerox.com for which I got escalation reference# 14473 on[protected] & no updates after that.

We had lodged a service call on 09.02.2015 for printer problem. Everyday we were contacting the officials of xerox India to perform their duty. But they keepon postponing the arrangement of engg. Pls took this matter to the top management. Pls find the call details below:

False Promise with lots of print jobs in order to sell me one of their printers
I am looking for anyone that has purchased a Xerox printer that has been promised the same thing I was promised in order for them to make the sale and collect their commissions. I was approached by a Xerox Management person and the Manager of one of their Third party sales companies to purchase a Xerox 800 Digital Press and the promise was if I bought the machine they had many companies lined up to send their work through our shop which in their words "will cover my nut" (monthly lease payments) and all I had to do was take care of the clicks I used and to take care of their customers for them with good pricing. Of course i called BS on that but they were so persistent over 2 months of convincing me that it was true I reluctantly signed the lease based on their promises and with the hope of growing my business. (I have it all on recording). Needless to say once they sold the printer to me that never happened so I called them on it and they sent one over to me for a small $500 job and the customer wouldn't even pay for it so I pushed and pushed and they finally paid after a couple months or so. After that everything went down hill, I am now struggling to stay open and the the regional manager got fired from xerox over this and he called me after apologizing to me about "waving carrots in my face to make the sale" but he would not give that to me in writing in fear of losing his new job at of course the third party company that sold the xerox 800 press to me in the first place. Needless to say I signed the papers and I have to deal with that part of it but I have since talked to many other print shops and the same promise was told to them and nothing ever came of it resulting it the same situation. My goal here is to see how many were duped by xerox and their illegal, false, and immoral sales tactics that is destroying some of the best small businesses out there that are the back bone of the USA economy. please post a comment

Not received Xerox Machine Support Service [Case:465303]

Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that the xerox machine having
serial No - [protected] Model - 3045 B is under Break Down Condition
since 4 -5 days ; I have complained to xerox customer care on 07.05.2014
Complain number is 2351232 but still no action is taken . Neither
received any kind of service call or any thing .
The customer care is saying new stuffs like talk to us about 24
working hours . I have been running a office and it is causing great
deal of inconvenience to me regarding how things are running in the city
and the quality of service is very poor ( HCL guy who takes call on
service comes after I get the printer rectified from local hardware
vendor ; this is the third time so I thought to inform about the same to
few of person concerned )
They are also telling lies that Engineer has visited you .
I hope you do something but I dont have much faith after making number of follow ups . Its frustrating ...

XEROX poor service

I am a grieved customer of Xerox.
This is my first and probably the last time I would ever touch a Xerox Product irrespective of my printing needs with the kind of service and false promises the company makes.
I had purchased a Xerox workstation 3220 in May and have been corresponding with their local dealer and the company ever since, I have been delivered a defective product and had a horrific experience in dealing with the company and their service people.
I have maintained my entire email logs as well as voice conversation logs held with the company representatives.
Its really sad to see the way an Indian paying consumer is treated by such a big multinational company.
After months of correspondence, with promises to replace the system and no resolution yet I finally get a mail from Xerox and I quote
"
Dear Mr. Pinto,
Greetings from Xerox India.
This is further to our communication regarding Xerox Machine Model no. WC3220, Serial no. [protected], Purchased on 13/05/2013.
We would like to inform you that upon receipt of your email, we have deputed our engineer at your place to inspect the machine so that necessary repair action can be carried ahead.Upon inspection engineer observed that Scanner assembly is having fungus on glass as well inside scanner. Since the defect is due to external factor and not inherent to the machine, this is beyond Xerox’s Control.
However, the matter has been discussed with the management and as a special gesture towards our customer satisfaction we offer you to replace the Complete Scanner assembly on free of cost basis.
We regret to inform you that we shall not be able to comply with your request for replacement of the machine as this is old model and also the Partner from whom the machine was purchased is no more associated with us.
We solicit your kind understanding in this regard and would request you to kindly allow us to initiate the repair action. Please be informed that the required Spare will be ordered only after your repair confirmation.
We await your response on the matter."
Its really hard for me to believe that the so called external factors, which were evident right from the day of purchase and still continue to be there become the responsibility of the customer, I have used products from their competitors for more than a decade with not a single problem whatsoever and I can prove the same. I have been raising my objection with the defective piece right from day one. I have logs of correspondence with their local dealer.
Even the registration mail which was send with a screen shot of the state of the machine.
I was continuously reassured that things would be looked into and finally after more than 4 months the engineer appears.
Then after a few rounds of discussion I was promised a replacement of the product.
Now as per the mail above it appears that I have to stick to the defective piece with just the replacement of the scanner assembly!!!
The patience of the Indian consumer is miss used and will not be taken lightly
I had responded sternly to their message stating my disagreement with their resolution and I quote
"I am thoroughly shocked with this kind of response and service from Xerox, This was my very first trial basis purchase with Xerox. I am really perturbed with the kind of an arrangement you propose and that too sounding like a favour on me. kindly arrange to take your machine back if this is the case as I have not been able to achieve anything with it nor put it to any use. As a consumer why do I have to face the brunt of the poor quality supply chain of Xerox. I am very very disappointed with the resolution come about that too after being promised a replacement more than a week back. To be frank I do not have the time or patience to follow up with you'll anymore. I would propose your management to reconsider the "special gesture" made and indemnify me appropriately."
to which I get the following reply from Xerox
"
Dear Mr.Pinto,
Greetings from Xerox India and Wish you a very Happy and Prosperous Diwali.
This is further to our communication.
We would like to inform you that the Complete Scanner assembly has been arranged and is expected to reach us post Diwali.
Kindly bear such time with us.

I hope Xerox acknowledges or come up with a better solution, not only was my money blocked with this unusable machine, I have lost so much of time in trying to get them to understand my point that the Indian consumer cannot be taken lightly anymore. We pay for quality, "AND WE EXPECT THE SAME"

Under Warranty Printer not serviced for more than 2 months

I, Vivek Agrawal Bought a Xerox Phaser Laser Printer in mid of June - July 2013, & it stopped working on july 30th and i launched a complaint about the same in Xerox Service centre.
after 3 days a service engineer visited my place and after checking he told me that there is a problem in fuser unit and it should be replaced, he told me that he will be back in 2 days with the fuser unit and will replace it., but after a week gone i had tried the engineer callind but he didnot receved my calls. I again complaint the toll free no. of xerox service and i was shocked knowing that my printer was out of warrenty. i contact with my local dealer whom i have purchased the printer from. he told me that there will be some mistake i'll rectify that... and told me to complaint the same in xerox service...till date my printer was not repaired... most shocking was that meanwhile i had a conversatation with Mr. Devendra ([protected]) National Head (Service) but he also did'nt took ant action about the matter and keep assuring me for soon results.

I had purchased Three Machines off Phaser 3117 Model on 12.10.11 & 13.10.11. During Warranty Period when Two off the Machines were not working I had Complained the Seller off the fault who gave me a Local Service Centre number who denied off giving service to this Model and said that they do not provide support to that Printer and told me to Complain on the Toll Free Number for Assistance. From then on and till now I am still yet to receive Service to my Complain.
History :
I had Complained for Two off my Machines Xerox Phaser 3117 for Some Fault on 04/09/12 at 14.11 hrs and simultaneously One Case No. 304772 was automatically generated for further Reference and an email was sent to me. I again emailed back on 10/9/12 at 10.17 hrs and subsequently an Automated Email Response to my Mail was generated stating to use the above Reference Number for Future Reference.
On 31/10/12 when I found that I haven't received any response irrespective of my calling the Customer Centre few times (the answer was someone will call back to you for assistance and no one called) I had emailed to Xerox against which one Bhavya mailed me asking for Serial Numbers. On Providing the Serial Numbers L93228184 & L93001768 one employee named Sonia emailed be back (Your machine is not under any kind of maintenance agreement with us, you are requested to pay the call charges applicable to your machine. Kindly send your approval to quote the engineer visit charges). Later on when I confronted her she asked to email the Invoice Copies off the Bills which I did. After that she replied (As per your invoice machine is not under any kind of maintenance agreement with us, you are requested to pay the call charges applicable to your machine. Kindly send your approval to quote the engineer visit charges.)
From then on the Problem started :
Upon speaking to her she replied that we hadn't received any Complain to the above and hence we wont be able to provide you Service. Now, Tell me am I here to prove someone that the Case Numbers provided are False or Implicated, I had to take Snapshot off my Inbox & emails and mailed them back to see the Automated response to my Complain but they still were Stubborn.
Lateron one Mr. Amit Jarangal from Team Computers who was also in the Scene was keen to Settle things and he was seeking details of the Case No. 304772 and instructing Sonia to share the Details. From then on much Correspondence happened between all three o[censored]s.
Later on on 09/11/12 I emailed Sonia & Amit when will the Issue be resolved to which he replied Please log the Call under Off Warranty. I was so pissed off at that time and I replied to him (Do you mean that the Machine purchased isnt in Warranty or you guys are shredding away to give Service to a Machine which you cant give Service anymore) to which he replied (pls go through from the invoice date as per warranty status is concern its for 1 year from the date of purchase). I had been telling him that the complain had been lodged in September during Warranty Period and theron we had been discussing on the Issue and now you cant shred away by just saying that the Machine isnt in Warranty. Lateron he told me to share details received and sent by me with Askus (Xerox Service Centre) which I did and told me he will discuss things with Customer care and will call me lateron which he did but the response was the same.
Finally seeking no Help I emailed him back to which he replied on 16th (No Call has been logged pls let me know how can i help you in this, as per system these serial nos are out of warranty) to which I strongly replied (I am unable to understand such lack lustre response from your concern. You keep on repeating the same thing that no Log had been recorded. Am I here to prove that thing that the Case Number provided to me (Case NO. 304772 [Case:319712]) me is Genuine or False. I had already told you that the Case Number had been generated in September against which I had sent you my Inbox (Snapshot) details. I had called to Customer Care in the above matter that time you can check your Records too. I had purchased a Xerox Printer and here I am proving myself to persons in Customer Care and to you that I had lodged a Complain in September. For your reasoning if the complain wouldn't had been lodged in September than how come the Case No. was generated then and how did I received mails from your Automated Servers. The thing is very clear as off now to me that you are trying to evade me off After Sales Services being provided by you as the Printers you had manufactured or I had taken are off Old Models as you guys do not provide Servicing to it. Beyond that the Shop from where I had purchased & the Service Centre of yours had requested me to lodge complain with you and they do not provide Service to the Printer Phaser 3117. Its high time now that you guys had been making me run from here and there falsely implicating that I hadn't Lodged a Complain whereas genuinely I had emails received from Xerox to prove my Claim. If Something doesn't turn up Fruitful from you or Company's end I had to seriously think of taking this matter to Higher Level since I am affecting my Business for your poor Responses. Please treat this as MOST URGENT) to which he replied (We deeply regret the inconvenienced cause to you will assure to rectify asap) and instructed Askus to share further details.
Till now they are sharing details and even after my emails to Mr. Amit I hadnt received any reply till now. He seems to be avoiding the calls too now.
Its not that a mere 5k Printer cant be repaired I am here just looking at the after sales service provided by Xerox. It feels cheated by a High Valued Brand like Xerox who I am sorry to say are good at making Copiers but not at Printers.
Hopefully someone will hear to my Complain and reply back as the Printers are still lying in the shape it was since the time off Complain that is Sep'12.

Printer Problem

We have bought xerox 3045NI on[protected]. It starts giving problem after one month. we registered complaint with xerox. After so many followups they fixed the issue after one month. Once again It breakdown on[protected] and we registered the complaint. complaint no. 2144609. Still the issue is not fixed. One of the very worst service in printer industry is Xerox. Don't buy any xerox products.

We purcahsed two printers from Xeros at a interval of 3 years one mono and other color .Both the products failed to meet the requirements and one or other hardware snag.In mono printer we have a jam after every third print this issue was exclated to country technical head of xerox but they are not able to resolve the issus and printer is still with is us and we us it when we have to take 1-2 prints not more then that. We havent learned lesion from this and after three years we purcahsed a color printer from them WC7355 with all the accesiries so called they have for that printer. but unfortunatly this printer changes the color of every print . one cannot match two consective prints of the same printer printed in a single gothere will be many visible differnces in there color every time log a comlain there engineers come on time spend full day with machine without any solution and exclate the matter and moves on this the situation from last five months after every five prints we have to book a complain to Xerox and wait for three days to take next print. we are printing a same file of eight pages from last six months and none these 800 papers are identical in prints.

A Scam Called Xerox. Confirmed.
Your previous posters complaining about Xerox are fortunate. We have been appealing to Xerox in France, the UK and the States for over THREE YEARS!
The latest episode is that text used for previous postings and letters was copied to Xerox in the USA (using the search phrase 'Xerox complaints' on Google and the address for unresolved customer complaints officially provided by the Xerox website at: http://www.xerox.com/go/xrx/portal/STServlet?projectID=ST_ContactXerox&pageI...⇄
We also approached Customer Services at Xerox UK who appear to administer the maintenance contracts for France. (Ours, you will remember, was simply abandoned by Xerox after just one year, with two years left to run.)
Both complaints were faxed and sent by post on the 5th of June 2009.
We did not consider it worthwhile re-sending the complaint to Xerox France, the originating cuplrits, who were sent a letter by recorded delivery on 15th October 2008 and to which we have not received any reply.
An interim statement of damages and losses incurred for the period 01/05/06 - 31/05/09 as a result of misrepresentation, technical failure and serial incompetence, dishonoured contract of maintenance, etc, etc was sent by recorded delivery and by fax on the 8th of June 2009 to Xerox concessionaires, Document Concept 87/23 of Limoges in France.
The outcome of these complaints was as follows.
Xerox USA. No reply.
Xerox France. No reply as before and ad nauseam.
Xerox Concessionaires, Limoges, France, Document Concept 87/23. Telephone call; to investigate further. Since, no reply.
Xerox UK. Letter dated 9th of July 2009, eventually received from Alan Charnley, Managing Director, Xerox UK and Ireland. Mr Charnley wrote, "I can assure you we take these issues very seriously. I will investigate the matter and respond to you as soon as possible." Since the 9th of July 2009, no further response.
As one complainant in a consumer complaints forum puts it: (Xerox) "Total Satisfaction: my butt!"
We have since replied to Alan Charnley at Xerox UK to indicate that we are not prepared to wait for him further and that we will move on with our file on Xerox.
As we suggested before, if any of you have any negative experiences of Xerox, then please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at: [protected]@homebusiness.org.uk Clearly, we are looking at substantial issues of public interest and any help you may want to give us to pursue matters against Xerox collectively, will be of help.

Prinnter is out of period
My printer is under warrenty period and it is out of order since last 4 days my complaint no is 141575 & xerox company is not responding, . Plz help

Xerox — 3 month no response for complaints
Sir,I Had filed a complaint 4 months back complaint no 110367 for my zerox printer not working model Phaser 3117 for which after repeated reminders also no one has visited till date. The printer was bought after calling xerox and them giving their channel partner name Sai Shryay systems Lajpatnagar Delhi. It was told to the channel partner also repeatedly however xerox has not reaponded till date.
The xerox is just not worried about its clients once the substandard product has been sold which has given only 100 prints in a promised 1000 print cartridge and after refilling from the channel partner the partner said the problem is from zerox side they need to see it. It is a shear wastage of maney to invest in zerox.

Our AMC is with M/s. Ntech Solution who have refrained from attending the machine in spite of our repeated request for the same. I would also bring to your notice that no representative have ever visited our plant to evaluated the performance of their Service Provider. Since the machine is down and Financial Closing is in place we are facing a lot of problem.
It may also be noted that we had already raised an ARC for FY 14 on the authorised Serivce Provider by Xerox. Now, we understand that a new Service Provider has been nominated but since a contract is in place for FY 14 we need to cancel the existing contract and raise a fresh contract for FY 14 on the new party.
The machine is out of order since 1st week of March.
