Dear sir/mam, I purchased this REDMI NOTE 3 4G 3GB RAM 32 ROM Dark Grey IN (Rs 11999) in may 2016, now the phone becomes unresponsive from last two weeks . the problem i am facing can not be explain really See the below list Automatically diall any number from contact and i am not able to cancell the dial number Opens any browse, files and makes certain changes automatically. Opens my whatsapp account and and start typing any random things The touch is irresponsive. Unable to turn off my phone The phone starts shaking when it diall any number or open any browser. I tried to contact customer care but they did'nt pick the phone.(i called almost all service centre some of them were busy but many are not picking the phone) So please let me know what should i do now, also is there any chances of replacement.?
