I would like to complaint that i have purchased mi phone named redmi note 4 through mi store on dated 19th may 2017 this year along with i have also taken co. Insurance of mi protect, recently on dated 05th aug 2017 due to touch damaged submitted phone for repair in service center but they charged of rs.3361.82 against it without any information that it is insured being at that time same is slipped from our mind so paid...

I purchased this REDMI NOTE 3 4G 3GB RAM 32 ROM Dark Grey IN (Rs 11999) in may 2016, now the phone becomes unresponsive from last two weeks .
the problem i am facing can not be explain really
