I Had "Redmi Note 10 Pro" And After 6-7 Months Of Purchasing Its Camera Stopped Working And After Some Days The Phone Completely Stopped Working And Later I Found That This "Redmi Note 10 Pro" Series Is Defective And All Phones Are Facing Motherboard Failure Issues So Went To MI Service Center Where It Was Replaced Under Warranty As They Knew It Was A Defective Mobile. But Just After 3 And A Half Months Later Again It Stopped Working And Phone Is Again Completely Dead. I Went To Service Center And Now They Are Saying That Your Warranty Got Over 10 Days Ago. Now The Main Issue Is The Whole Note 10pro Series Is Defective And The New Mother Board Which Was Replaced Earlier Didnt Worked For Even 3 Months Now How Can I Again Pay Rs.12000 Again Just To Replace Mother Board Which Has No Guarantee That It Will Properly Work Even For Atleast 6 Months. I Was Not Able To Properly Use This Phone For Even 1 Year And My Rs.18, 000 Went Into Trash.
I Just Want My Warranty Period Expired 10 Days Ago So Why Cant They Repair It Under Warranty As It Is A Defective Piece And Company Also Know It. Whats My Fault In This. Itsnt It Is A Clear Cheating? Was this information helpful? |
