This is about the fraud which the mobile manufacturing company "mi india" or say xiomi has been playing since last 4 months

I am sure you must have heard this name mi... Many people have referred to this company as the company who has bought a cheap but smartest phones around or some have even said that the company mission is to extinct the prevailing expensive phones selling company's

But here is what the truth is

Their flagship phones redmi note 3 & prime have been a huge success and the company's have pocketed huge sums

But the phones are worthless and it is apparently visible looking at the condition of their service center

* there is only 1 service center in surat at katargam so any one staying in athwa zone or adajan zone has to travel miles to reach their

* secondly people there say that company has not provided us a phone so basically you cannot call us to ask you phone repair status

* when you enter the service center for once you ll be confused if this is a service center of a fish market

Frankly people there are yelling shouting as if they are pleading justice against the feeling which have been played with by the company

This is what they do basically

Their phones are poor and filled with faults but here is where they are harassing people

They would deposit your phone and say that it ll take around 45 days for the phone to repair.. For these 45 days they would not even call you a single time to tell if the phone has been repaired or not so you need to travel up till there... If you got it repaired worry not it ll again be back in the same position as you had left it 45 days back because they did not repair it they just changed the software in 45 days and gave it back to you... And next time you ll visit the service center saying it has nt been repaired they ll say "earlier it was another issue not its a different issue" and guess what

You are against phone less for 45 more days

Its time we stop this and make this filthy company pay for its sins

Dear sir, i buy mi4 mobile in april 2016 and it has only completed 3 months and suddenly my is not working and when i go to service center they said mother board is gone. It has been almost 23 days,
Till does not repair my mobile. & there is no proper response. If i call to service center they wont receive my call

I bought redmi 2 prime on 8 june, its heated too much, i visited customer care in surat, but they denied to replace the phone, so i gave them for repair, mother board issue they found in it.
Today its 26th july more then month but still i dont get any reply from this company.
not they replying on mail.

Worst service i found.
from more then month my all work is disturbed.

I have already complaint against this issue in your website and in the xiomi customer care as well bt till date I have nt rcvd any mails from xiomi. My power bank is still pending with the service center it's been 2 months and my issue has not been solved. I have mailed them several times and called customer care even every time they give me some stupid lame xcuses and tell me that my issue will be solved within 24 hrs and it's been escalated an I will recieve a call from them within 24 hrs bt I haven't rcvd any mail or call from them. It's been more then 2 months.plz kindly see through it.

I have purchased xiomi mi 4i mobile, i got battery and heating issue within 6 months from date of purchased. I went to mi service center at kalka ji main road the employee of hcl is executing it and they are not cooperative.
They submitt my mobile for 10 days and still i did not get it back .I am calling them daily but i did not get any response.

I got poor experience with xiomi product (MI4I) .

Refer my attached bill. I have purchased this device on 16.oct 15, but till now I am not able to use it .

Till now, I have given my device two times to service care centre. First time they have change mother board and also second time they confirmed the same problem.But its about 1 month gone but they are saying that mother board is not available n same will be sent thro banglore office. its long time waiting n they are saying the same thing...wait.

I am not able to understand that why this happens again n again. I think I have purchase this device for you only i.e, service care center (for your R&D), so that your engineer’s would do R&D on free basis.

As my device warranty will over in coming months then who will responsible after warranty expiry.

You are requested to replace this device with new one or give me extend warranty of another 1 year so that I can assure on ur service.

Mi Customer care and Mi Service Centre are both a cheat and the worst I have ever seen. i faced problem within in a month i purchased, after that i submit my phone to service care, they takes about 1 month and change both screen & motherboard but after 1 month again i had network problem and then i took pick me service . After observation by team they concluded that there is problem in mother board and same to be replaced . If earlier they have changed motherboard then why again there is problem with same issue of mother board. Its about 6 months gone i had purchased this phone but i unable to use it. Also service centre takes a long time to resolve the issue.When i request to change my phone with new device they irefuge to do so . I am surprising that two times they changed mother board but problem was not resolved and who will give assurance that in future this will not happen again after warranty expires.They totally refuge to give extend warranty n replacement .

In future i will not take any product by xiomi...

I have bought xiomi redmi note 2 in may 2015 in october 2015
it's touch screen do not respond so i went to service center for a repair it took 1 month for repairment but after repairment when i return i found mobile phone do not catch network and wifi connectivity so again i called service center they they note down the complain but they repair it on 2nd of january 2016, and approx 15 days after the repairment it was not detecting the sim card so i again call service center they repair it and return it to me in febuary after 5 to 8 days its display was not showing anything this time I call xiomi(mi) callcenter they told me that they will pick up the phone from my place and send it to Ahmedabad for repairment so i provided them with my address and all the necessary detail their concern authority call me in evening and told will not be able to pick it from my place so i hv go to their place (which is not reliable for me) so they told that they can't do anything and closed my complain
now i m i dillema i want the replacement of my phone i will not consider less than this

I hv brought a mi4i three months back the set got heated since beginning when asked the support told it is OK up to 50 degree.also the music sound was not working. I hv given the set for repair still no reply since 2 months.please think twice before buying the same.

Complain registered on 4th Sep-2015 at Surat, gujarat for overheating of the phone. Customer care representative not responded well and talk as usual. Phone quality is very bed, OS not easy and frequently shut off the phone. Restarting frequently.

XIOMI is oworld worst cell [phone company. Specially their service is not of any use. I had given my charger for replacement but they replaced with a charge which is also not working. Such a worse service provider. I am very disappointed with their poor service

Dear Sir, I purchased MI4I one monthe back, unfortunatelly the screen has broken, I called Noida service center several times for availability of screen but these bloody people din;t responde and not pick the call even single time. I would like to request you please talk these bloody persons to attend the customers call.

We submitted the above mentioned mobile for repairing to hcl services ltd. 208 park st kolkata - 16 on 20 / 7 / 15 with expected returned delivery on 27. 07. 15. But t ill date 24 / 8 / 15 they not delivered the mobile.
Once they phoned from[protected]. Presently no phone call received through this number. Pl solve the problem.

As i ordered mi 10400mah power bank .the mi 10400 mah power bank was not worked properly and it fails to give give charging and was turned off with in 10 min till now as they gave contact number [protected] as i tried to contact them i was getting busy since 2 days . I am Hiren Parmar. I purchased xiomi note 4G in January within 3 months without any reason my phones display was damaged. So they told me to see mobile nearest services center & xiomi service center is 65 km away from me so how can I waste my whole day. And one more problem related to software that software can't update I still used kitkat operating system instead of lollipop. So please solve my complaint.

I have purchased mi 4i mobile. But i want to return my mobile. Xiomi person told me that you can not return your mobile as per policy. But on 21 june when i get the phone, before opening it, i have asked one of the service operator about returning it. He told me it gets return within 10 days, after 2 days i called the operator and ask the procedure to return, a lady told me that your phone cannot be returning as per our policy. I hope you will resolve my problem.

My order number is AB1653171 .I ordered MI powerbank10400 mA from askme bazaar.This product is not charging my samsung pad which i bought two days later buying the powerbank .Though i charged the powerbank for two days its not charging my samsung tab not more than 20% charging .I tried many days but only to Know the product is faulty.I spoke to customer care, all he said was to mail to askmee bazaar. Kindly replace my product or return my purchase amount. Thank u.
