I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Mobile Phone and accessories
The issue that I have experienced was: On 1st of Aug I went to the MI service centre at P.P. Compound Ranchi, since my mobile (MI 11X) was not fetching the network. They kept the handset to check the problem. I had received a call on 1st afternoon that there is a problem with a sim slot and it will take 3-4 days time as part is not there.
Today after 6 days when I had enquired them in the morning, they started telling all the lies that Sir, v had received the part but it was not matching so v have again asked for it and v r not able to tell u how many more days it will take.
Now, in the evening I had received a call from the service centre, now they r saying Sir Sim slot problem is not there, problem is there with the main board and v don't have the parts so it till take more time. I simply said, is it a joke going on, 6 days before u said Sim slot problem is there now after 6 days u r saying, no sim slot is ok, main board problem is there, u guys r just playing with it and when I had asked to provide the mail Id to drop a complaint, call was simply disconnected.
This is how Xiomi & its service centre r harassing and cheating their customers and this is the reason why market share of Xiomi is dropping down heavily. No wonder if one day they r out from the market.
No professionalism, no after sales service.

I was submitted my mobile date of 17th may 2022 in mi service centre Ambattur branch chennai, due to my mobile camera and display not working properly thatswhy i submitted my mobile in mi service centre .After they are repaired my mobile but problem not solved They are tdprovide new mobile but still no body response for my mobile call, pmease take action against them

Warranty claims
It seems there is something very seriously wrong with Xiaomi Customer Service:
1.They pretend to help, but in reality create ridiculous, senseless barriers. OR
2.The team is incompetent to understand the problem .or policy is designed to harass the customer so that he gives up his claim.
3.Please note customer has other jobs to do but Xiomi want him to keep responding to their endless unrelated query/forms so that he either gives up claim or escalate for legal resolutions and seek compensation for willful harassment and mental torture
4.Truly a rogue company

Service centre is not good for customers

I deposited the Redmi Note 10 Pro at the Service Center on April 7, due to some difficulties with the warranty period.If you haven't had the ability to fix a phone for so long, why do you pretend to buy it? Either give me a new phone or just give me back my phone. Otherwise I will be forced to inform the higher authorities.

No return for the useless product
I have recently purchased (14/03/2022) an Airpurifier 2 from Mi.com and found out that the product is not pairing up with any of my device, apart from that the product doesn't seem to perform as per the claims that was given in the catalogue.
I have purchased this product as a remedial measure for dust allergy and indoor pollution and I find that this product is of no use to the above stated issues. I have been a regular user of other products of mi and was totally satisfied with all other products, but this was a total disappointment.
I humbly request you to make a return option possible or help me replace it with a better quality product from the brand.

Xiomi 11 lite 8GB/128GB mobile sensor for lock is not functioning
Satyajit from Jagatsinghpur of odisha . I am a state govt officer. I have purchased xiomi 11lite 8GB/128GB hand set on July, 2021 it is only four months completed but censor for lock and unlock is not functioning. I have shown to nearest servicing centre at Rahama on 6/12/2021.I Being a responsible officer I need mobile phone for daily official communication as early possible but it is 9 days as on today but service centre waits for your early supply of that kit to install . Plz make me sure when I will get back my handset dully necessary requirements or installation.

Thank god that no-one was there during this incident or else it could have damaged a lot because my baby was not there nearby .This was happened today on 29th November 2021 and i will completely blame to the company for manufacturing this defect item.
i need refund or a new mobile and want please manufacture the best product and due this type of defect piece people should not suffer. As a loyal company and people really believe in brand and they buy if this type of situation comes in from brand like this then definitely people will shift their purchasing decision to other brand.

But Amount Rs 3024.91 is still pending, spent on MI Extended Warranty.
Request you to refund the balance Amount of 3024.91n the as well.

Xiomi 1st response was contact One Assist Customer care. Where on con call with with Xiomi & One Assist customer care it was Established. The Amount is taken by Xiomi . So they Need to Refund.
Xiomi 2nd response was it was discount amount need to collect from Bank. When purchase is not made . So how can they keep discount amount . I have clear Auto mail confirmation from Xiomi on receipt of Complete Rs 51098/-
Problem is No Escalation is available on website.
Chat support is on Autobot. So no Clear Reply.

On 09-august-2019, i placed the above order with you for redmi note 7 pro astro moon light colour. The item has still not been delivered.
We agreed at the point that i placed the order that it would arrive after 16-august-2019].
As i called customer support more than 10 times for the same but they people don’t know how to handle customer and giving irrelevant resolution. I am requesting with my folded hands to listen my all call recording between me and the customer support agent. No professionalism at all even the seniors.

regarding getting a damaged phone and misbehaviour of mi customer care.
I ordered a poco f1 phone of mi. Got it delivered after 4 days. On checking the phone i saw that the seal was broken and the phone was not working. On talking to the customer care the company executive talked to me arrogantly. They were not willing to help me. The executive told me that there is no refund available and the replacement is cancelled.
This used phone is all i have got now with me.
Please help me and take action against xiaomi india.

complaint against service centre chandigarh staff
I have two mi phone. One was not working. I went to mi centre chandigarh who checked it and said that though it was in warranty but liquid found, so warranty is over. I asked to repair it otherwise. He said approximately rs. 8080 will cost on repair. Here i want to mention that i purchased the same for rs 9000. Then i went to some private shopkeeper who repaired it and cost comes to rs.500 only. Now i want you to take action on such person namely mr. Yadav who inspect the same and such caused metal harrassment. Or i will take legal action for which the whole responsibility lies upon you.

I had bought note 5 pro in july 2018 and on 19 march 2019 morning i noticed screen bleeding on left side of screen. No fallen no pressure on phone, how it occurs. How to solve it. Worst experience with mi. I wanted to buy nokia 6.1 plus but i change my mind to note 5 pro. But what a disaster idea that was.i regret.

I am using red me a4 and i am very very disappointed with the mi people and their service. This is the first time i am using the mi phone and i believe this is the biggest mistake i made that i chose to use the mi phone (Very bad hardware used indeed).
I can not even imagine how bad mi hardware is and on top of that their service is worst.
I was wearing a tight jeans and i can not believe the screen got broken in my jeans pocket by itself. I then approached the mi people to get it fixed or replaced, however they clearly denied it and they wanted me to pay rs3100 to get it repaired. I can not afford to pay rs3100 towards a phone which cost me rs 6000.
Xiomi people put me in a stiuation that either i had to choose not to use thier phone and let it waste my rs6000 or i had to contact the local mobile repair shop.
Unfortunately or fortunately, i contacted the local mobile repair shop and i got my mobile folder or touch replaced.
The phone worked fine for 1-2 months and suddenly the mobile battery started behaving abnormally and it was keep getting discharged with in 30 minutes or so. I cheked and relized the battery got swallon.
I again approached mi people (Mi service center) and i was in the impression that this time i would get some help, however i again had the same experiece and you people clearly denined to replace the battery even though it is in the warranty period. And the lame excuse given was the battery can not be replaced as you got the phone repaired or opened from outside (Mi people put me in that situation, so i had to go by that route).
Now, mi people want me to pay rs1200 to get the battery replaced even though i am in warranty period.
I just want to let you know the mi people are cheating the customers. They always try to find out the reason to refuse the service and they do not provide the proper support. And they always want us to pay them more.
I have checked and found mutiple complain against them almost about the same scenario that they do not replace the battery or other accessories even they are in the warranty period.
They aksed me to pay rs3100 to get the touch replaced and now they are asking me to pay rs1200 to get the battery replaced, so rs3100+rs1200 = rs 4300 for touch and battery in total. Do you expect someone to pay rs 4300 towards a phone which cost him rs 6000??
My understanding says as per this figure, they spent (Mi people) rs 4300 to make display and battery and all the remaining mobile accessories cost them the remaining amount that is only rs 1700 that is impossible.
So, i request you to take an action against them accordingly, either warn them to make better prouducts or they should provide better support.

Today i went at mi service centre for my software and some hardware issues but they are saying that my phone is out of warranty because it is damaged. Thay are giving me reason and the reason is really silly they are saying your phone is damaged from sweat so it is out of warranty now. What a silly reason how can one save his phone from sweat. Thay told me to pay for services and charges are really high. I have never expected this thing from mi. I am really upset with mi. And now i am moving i will never purchase a mi phone and will never prefer anyone to purchase. The service is really bad and they have treated me like i am begging something from them. They told me to either pay for repair or get out. Really upset with mi.

I had bought redmi note 4 from vijay sales and the new product sealed pack product touch is not working.
Its a smart phone touch phone without touch how can xiomi want us to use.
When we went to vijay sales they told us to go to xiomi service centre, and service centre guys saying to go to vijay sales. No one is giving refund or replacement product. They are saying that they will repair and give it to us since we have not purchased from their site.
Dont buy xiomi redmi note 4, since they cant entertain after sales.

Since the month of june 2017, this phone frequently shuts down. When i took this to service center in mangalore, did not provide good service. After 2 days i am facing the same problem.

Very pathetic service, bought phone from flip cart which is not working properly, contact searching part is not working it always shows bug in phone. I tried to call centre from lat 10 days no response. Even Kalkaji service center delhi people shouted like any thing don't call on this no. You have to save all yours data before coming to us for showing phone. Very poor conversation. Even I get angry after conversation and thrown the phone out of my window. Money doesn't matter but yours service center people are pathetic I really regret after buy this phone SORRY...

I have purchased xiomi 3s prime from flipkart. The mobile's touch was not working properly when the mobile was charging. The mobile data was continuously in on mode even the data is disabled in settings. Sometimes it's hotspot was not working, for that I need to restart the mobile everytime. The mobile speakers were producing very low sound, I need to place the mobile near my ears to hear the sound.

its working fine
yesterday suddenly my phone is going dead
while i complain for the service center they refused to repair the phone and give the water damage reason
as i am also government employee and working as technical engineer and i am also sure there is no any water damage
i dont know why the people is saying there is alkali in the device .
i m again said i m 100% sure there is no any water damage happen from my side,
may b its due to sweat then you have to make the model mechanism and packing like that, the device is not going to dead due to sweat
looking forward from your side and waiting for ur valuable reply

The back camera of my mobile handset is not working since last 6-7 months, my phone is under warranty. Around 3 months back I submitted my phone in mi service center situated at kamla Nagar but even after 40-41 days I took my mobile back unrepaired . I took my mobile back because I need it for some work but it was still unrepaired nd when I used to visit the store at the time I submitted my mobile, they keep on saying for next weak nd so on. I don't know it's fault in the hardware or motherboard but back camera is not working. What should I do now, whats the point of giving the warranty if you can't give the service.
