Hello everyone, "high level of escalation" Its been an year now i have processed my application for canada pr visa with xiphias however due to this pandemic covid 19 outbreak i have lost my job i have decided to drop out the plan however now my family & parents completely depended on me to take care of family and their health. However last week i addressed this issue with with them which they're denying to refund back the paid amount, although i'm in need of job & money, "i want consumer complaint team to take a strict action on them to avoid this kind of misleading activities.
