The xmate bluetooth headset is not working properly in the power capacity.. So i want to say you that take return your product... So please come takereturn your product... It's charge comes only one hour..& you have given that it was capacity of 6 hours..& 180 hours standby capacity.. But it was fake.. It comes not more than 1 hour..& this product part flucked/broken..

I have purchased a xmate earphone within few months it's one ear-piece has stopped working. I want to change it, or get it repaired, but there is no one available to contact, kindly resolve my issue, I am satisfied with sound quality but extremely disappointed with the kind of service is being provided.
