Xmate — Xmate joy headphones | |||
Bought Xmate Headphones from Amazon on 6th Aug'20. 0n 27th Aug the headphones stopped working. I raised the first complaint on 28th Aug with Ticket ID-#PT274530. After this there was no response . With rigorous followups through mails, atlast they wrote to me on 11th Sep asking to return the faulty piece to their Hyderabad address by courier with the invoice. I have couriered the same on 21st Sep by DTDC and promptly communicated to them as well. Again from 21st till 4th Oct there was no response despite many mails from me. On 5th they asked me to share the courier details which again i shared on 5th Oct. After that again no response. Worst thing is that their only Customer no-[protected] is always busy and gets disconnected after 5-10 seconds. Hence i could not establish any contact. Thought i spent 199 for the headphones, 120 for courier still this unresponsive behaviuour is irking. i want you to intiate action on them Was this information helpful? | |||
