Dear Sir/Ma'm,
I, the customer of Xolo q800, want to raise one que against service center.
I gave my phone to service center for changing front and rear body of the phone.
Before giving in repairing my phone display was proper, calling sensor also working well, but when I received back from service center after repairing I received phone with damaged display and fault in calling sensor too.
The que. I want to raise is who is responsible for this?
I am who gave my phone on trust that service center will increase durability of my phone?
or
The service center who gave me my phone with lots of fault in that?
They told me to check all functions running good before I gave him to repaired
And I also checked and all my function was running well.
When I was telling him that my display is damaged then he said that he already told me for this but actual he didn't told me like that I will received damaged phone.
I gave Rs.1400/- for changing body both the side.
And with this expense cause me more expenses in future too.
Who will bare my lose due to carelessness in repairing the phone?
