[Resolved] Xolo — Battery Replacement and Phone unable to detect Sim Card

I am using Xolo X 10000 and it has just been 10 months I am using the phone. By this time only the battery has fattened and resulted in battery life of 10 mins Plus the phone is being unable to detect the sim card..I made a complaint to Xolo Care and they are telling me to deal with the service center and the service center is telling they can nit tell me when my battery will be replaced. I am not being able to use m phone for over two weeks at ally phone for almost two weeks now . Please help.
