Xolo — Battery was automatically damage twice.

M/s Xolo, I am facing battery related problem in my Xolo Q1020. I had purchased Xolo Q900 and after some time it was starts heating. Your Xolo Service centre unable to find that problem. Then I was suggested by M/s Xolo to take exchange offer By giving 5700/-(Through net banking) get new Xolo Q1020. I agreed and take that offer. Now, the battery of Xolo Q1020 was expose slight and Xolo service centre operator asked that they will not provide any warranty against this. After putting a mail request to Xolo, one telephonic discussion happen they refuse to change battery. I am facing this problem twice and this is not acceptable how they can refuse to change battery if i am using genuine parts. I am using charger provided by you, and if this kind of failure happens many time. Please see the attached images of bill and battery and do the needful. Best Regard, Naveen +91-[protected]
