I had given my smart phone (xolo play 8x 1100) at service centre 25-30 days ago due to 2 problems .
1st- charging port was not functioning properly and
2nd- speaker was not functioning well (voice only goes to another device when phone is on loud speaker).
But when they returned my phone on 17th june 2016 friday and i checked it on 22nd june 2016 wednesday as i was unable to start my phone in between because i din't had the battery and due to search of the battery it took me time to check it.
But when i opened my phone after putting new battery new problems arosed which were
* A BLACK COLOUR LINE ON THE DISPLAY SCREEN
* BROKEN BACK BODY OF MY PHONE IN TWO PLACES
which you can see in the photos attached marked by red colour circle and arrow.
The people @ service center didn't allow us to check my phone on 17th while returning the phone.
When I talked to the higher athority via email and mobile their response was biased, they blaimed us for the damage.
After spending Rs.1250.00 though the previous problems are sorted i am not able to use my smartphone due the new problems .
After no satisfactory response from higher athorities at helpline center of Xolo situated in Noida I am left helpless .
