[Resolved]  Xolo — Complaint for workorder

I have given my Xolo 8X-1100 to below mentioned service station for repairs on 14th January. As promised, my phone was to be repaired under warranty and expected date of delivery was[protected]. Today when i checked with the service station, they said it will take 15 to 20 more days for the repair as it is not repaired yet.I can not wait another 20 days and then tell me that it again take time to get the spares. I need my phone to use.As my phone is under warranty, I want a replacement piece or my money back. varun jalota mobile :- [protected]

Hi Sandeep Dey thanks for replying to my query i hope you will stick to your word and try to slove the issue asap.

as i trusted the xolo brand thats why purchased your smartphone as expect the same from you to mantain the trust values the customers has from your brand.

hope to get my phone at the earliest.
