I Bought this mobile phone on 19th
January, 2014 from an authorized dealer, and while using the same, I
have faced certain problems which I already taken to service center.
Within an year, I have been to service center for 3 times due to different issues and still I am unsatisfied with the service.
1)
The charging point was loose due to which I was unable to charge my cell phone
2)
Cell phone stopped working and when I gave my cell phone to service center, I got it back after 20-25 days.
3)
Recently I have given my cell phone as there is auto touch problem and display color problem.
Currently my cell phone is with xolo authorized centre from 10 Nov 14. & yet no positive response from center nor
from Service centre
The cell phone has been send to Delhi main hub for replacement.
it is been now more then 40 days no response from center.
The after-sales-servicing part of company is very poor.
Kindly help us for replacement.
