[Resolved]  Xolo — defective handset and mentally torcher

dear sir, I purchases a xoloq1000opus handset on dated 07.04.2014. I have submit the handset at technocare solution pvt. ltd ( xolo servece centre lagpat nagar) on 01.11.2014. service centre employee is not giving my handset and he say that the mobile is manufacture defective. and then he give old handset. sir please reply my question, if i have to use old handset then why i purchase new handset and why i pay total cost i.e. Rs.9200. Also i already submit that handset for repairing two times and he take 40-45 days every time. Please justice me.
