I’ve purchased new mobile q2000 (IMEI [protected]) last month Jan 14 but after 1 month mobile touch screen not working & I have given mobile for service center on 12th Feb 2014 for repairing your service center Name JMV Techno sol Pvt.Ltd. K-12 A, Kalkaji, New Delhi-19 and whenever I contact service centre they didn`t pick up the call, when I called xolo customer care they said it’s under processing and I’ve not received any updated information from service center that they sent it in company or not I don’t know where about of my mobile they both not able to providing positive reply. And one think I would like to tell you that what’s the role of your customer care if they can’t help of customer .
I requested to you please ASAP take necessary action or as per warranty of product please provide me new my mobile instead of defective one
