[Resolved]  Xolo — Delay service

I have i have parches a xolo era 4g mobile on 8th july. After 10 days use found low battery performance.
Then given my mobile to xolo service center bally at howrah in west bengal on 27th july. Contact no of xolo service center-[protected]
Till now (25/08/16) they have not replace mobile battery.
Imei (No#1) [protected]
Imei (No#2) [protected].
I have attached invoice details
I raise a complan to xolo care (Ref)-ticket: 286281
