I bught a xolo q1000opus2 smartphone on 11.11.14 from e_store shope no.A31, basement, penta menaka, marrie drve, cochin.31, kerala, india. When i started using it i found it is showing very low signal strength (Range) in 3g services. I tried the same sim in my other xolo smartphone a500s lite where it showed very good signal strength.(Q1000 showed only one bar where 500s lite showed full bars). I contacted the xolo care cochin, they issued me the do certficate and i replaced the phone from the same shop. The new phone imei no. Is [protected].( the first phones imei number i didnot noted anywhere)
But i got the same complaint in the new phone also. Since i am comfortable to work in xolo a500s lite with the same sim it is sure that it is not because of the network problem and understand that it is a common complaint of this particular model.. Now i dont know what to do, therefore please help me to get rid of this situation.
