My Xolo - model Play 8X-1100, has been submitted for the second time for the same complaint of on/off button, volume button not working, as well as Charging issue on date 03.04.2015. ( Last work order no.[protected].
No response and feedback either from service centre and Customer care.
I am feeling bad, why did I purchased Xolo? After purchasing this phone, most of the time it was with Xolo care only.
