Dear All, I HAD PURCHASED THIS PHONE WITH LOT OF TRUST BUT ALL INVAIN WHEN IT STARTED GIVING PROBLEMS, THE FIRST SIM SLOT WAS NOT WORKING SINCE DAY 1, THEN THE SPEAKER WENT BAD SOON AFTER, SO I VISITED THE VILE PARLE WEST SERVICE STATION BUT THEY SAID ITS CLOSED FOR A WEEK, SO WENT BACK AFTER A WEEK BUT THEY SAID THE SERVICE STATION IS CLOSED AND I NEED TO GO TO MALAD SERVICE STATION, SO AGAIN AFTER A WEEK I WENT TO MALAD AT 6PM, THEY SAID THEY ARE CLOSED FOR THE DAY, SO I WENT THE NEXT DAY, BY THIS TIME THE FRONT LED WENT OFF, THE SERVICE STATION EXECUTIVE CHECKED THE HANDSET AND SAID HE WILL GET BACK TO ME AFTER CHECKING THE HANDSET, BUT NO CALL NO SHOW FOR AROUND 25 DAY'S, SO I VISITED THEM AGAIN, THEY GAVE THE HANDSET BACK IN WORST CONDITION THEN BEFORE AND HAD NOT DONE ANYTHING, THEY SAID THERE IS A DAMAGE ON THE SCREEN AND NOTHING WILL BE COVERED IN WARRANTY AND ASKED FOR 6500RS FOR REPAIR, I GAVE THEM THE ENTIRE SCENERIO BUT THEY DID NOT LISTEN ANYTHING AND GAVE MY BHUKKTA'S NUMBER, ([protected]). THEY SAID IF BHUKKTA GIVES THEN PERMISSION THEY WILL REPLACE THE PART'S, SO I SPOKE TO BHUKKTA WHO REPLIED AFTER 15 ATTEMPT'S, HE ASKED TO SUBMIT THE HANDSET AT BORIVALI SERVICE STATION, IT WAS SUBMITTED ON THE FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST AS REFERRED BY YOUR EXECUTIVE BHUKKTA, AFTER HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICE STATION AS THEY KEPT THE HANDSET FOR A MONTH AND RETURN IT BACK STATING THAT NOTHING WILL BE COVERED IN WARRANTY. BHUKKTA ALSO SAID WHAT DO I EXPECT FROM THE CHINESE HANDSET WHICH WAS REALLY UNEXPECTED. I DID NOT GET ANY REPLY FROM XOLO SINCE THEN, BHUKKTA DID NOT REPLY AFTER SENDING SEVERAL MESSAGE'S.
