[Resolved] Xolo — Having the same problem after giving mobile 3 times to service centre | |||
Hi, My mobile model no: Q700i and IMEI: [protected]. The problem is whenever i call someone and going to cut the call i see black screen and only 3 capacitive buttons lighting up. Please see attach picture. I dont want replacement, i just want my refund. I hate Xolo services now. Whatever depriciation you want then charge and give back my money. I am fed up of giving my mobile to service centre again and again. If they cannot find the problem of my mobile in 3 times than this company is going to close down. IMEI: [protected] I mentioned my IMEI no. in above complaint, are you blind. If this is not resolved i am going take Xolo to consumer court and this my last final warning.
