[Resolved]  Xolo — help

On 11/2/2014, I purchased a new phone, Model No.:A500s and IMEI No.:[protected] for XOLO.Unfortunately, the product does not work as intended. While the phone starts up fine, it turns itself off after just five or ten minutes of operation. Now, it has stopped taking the charge as well. I am disappointed because I have paid for a phone that is clearly not in working order. As I purchased the phone specifically to save time and effort, this is unacceptable to me. I paid cash for the phone, and thus prefer service in return. Although it is under the warrenty period the XOLO brand store people refuse to repair it.They say it will be charged Rs.4000.00 incase I want to get it repaired.The details of the Brand store are as follows: Work order No:[protected] Code:1300406 Name: Infotel services Address:1, Ekdalia Road, Kolkata-19 I have tried every possible way to get my problem resolved. I have dropped several emails to Xolo, followed up with akosha but nothing helped. Please help me resolve my problem. I'm looking forward to your reply and the resolution of this matter.
