Dear sir,

i had purchased the Xolo 8x-1020 on 13.3.15. In the span of near to one year mobile phone touch pad was not working and it was replaced once.. Phone having touch pad problem, battery charging time taken more, some times automatically touchpad not working and automatically works..

Pls check the attached file

With above, kindly take the buy back my phone and give me another mobile phone at your earliest pls..
