[Resolved] Xolo — Internal phone mic | |||||
I purchased play 8 x 1100 mobile phone on january 2014.The device works normally as usual .But after few months may 2 to 3 months i faced a disastrous problem that whenever i call or receive any call i heard each word of that second person clearly on my phone but that person does not hear my any word. Since my had 1 year warranty on that time so i visit service center and ask the solution of my device problem. They checked and say internal mic is damaged so your device will go to company and returned back you to in 15 days .Ok i waited but they doesn't give my phone even after 20 days, i call them so they part is not available and after 2 months thy doesnot give me so i filled a consumer complaint forum against them . Then i get the device in improper way .But on 6 july 2016 again that problem occur. Was this information helpful? | |||||
