I have submitted the my zolo a-600 phone to repair at zolo service center- dani industries, vasai on 19 july with job sheet no[protected] . On 1 aug, i got sms from zolo care saying that pls collect the mobile from service center.
After enquiring at center, they have now given my another job sheet no[protected] saying that phone has been sent to company for repair and will take one month to get it back.
I request to kindly update the status soon and when will i get my phone functioning properly.
This is really cruel experience to have service center like dani- where no body is bother, finally they are damaging the zolo brand.
There are hundreds of young crowd there who has submitted their phone, few of them bought zolo as first smart phone, they are getting such bad exp from irresponsible service center who do not bother to take customer call, not giving customer proper update, keeping phone idle with themselves, not supporting the customer, wasting the customer time and company resources.
Social media is so active that such collective bad feedback will definitely hamper the zolo sale.
