I have purchased Xolo Handset Model A600 from M/S Friends Mobile, Station Road, Bharuch on 11.05.2014.
The hanset started malfunctioning like touch screen not responding, phone automatically switching multiple modes during operation, call getting drop during use etc. To rectify the problem, the handset was taken to your Ankleshwar service centre in Sept'14 1st week. They sent the handset to factory for rectification & was received back in 1st week of Oct'14. Within 1 week it has again started giving same problem.
