[Resolved] Xolo Mobile — Complaints against my xolo q1010i replacement phone - lava iris alfa l | |||||
Hello Xolo Care, Good Day!! Thanks for providing the replacement on my burned XOLO Q1010i phone. I would like to inform you that XOLO have replaced my XOLO Q1010i phone to Lava Iris Alfa L last two week back. After getting the phone I stared facing the problem: "Your Battery Temperature high, please remove the battery. Ignore or Dismiss". If I would like to click on "Ignore" the same message comes within 2 or 3 fraction of seconds again. If I would like to press dismiss then the phone is getting switch off automatically. After that it is getting Switched on after 2 to 3 hours. As soon as it is turned ON, I am getting the same error message within half an hour time. I went to the Chennai service center where I got the replacement mobile and asked about this inquiry . The customer care said that it is software problem they will update it in few min. After getting update from service center I am facing the sae problem. Again I informed the service center regarding the same issue. They informed that due to festival holidays shop will be closed so you have to contact near LAVA service center near Arakkonam. I went Lava service center at Arakkonam and meet the service person regarding this issues. He simple says that "without warranty we are not supposed to do the service for your mobile and kindly take the mobile." Then I informed to Chennai service person regarding this, he also spoke to the Arakkonam service center but they didn't responded to this. Atlast I hand over my mobile on Chennai service center where I got replacement on last Monday (4 Jan 2016), The customer care informed that kindly handover the mobile and give me some days, I will check with another battery and provide you a solution. I call today (7 Jan 2016) and ask about the status of the phone they said that your sample phone battery is not available. May I know how this problem will get solved. Can you provide me a exact time, else kindly replace the good phone with exact working condition. I would like to provide you a 1st Warning regarding this. If you not responding and providing a good solution, I will raise the compliant on consumer court. Hopefully this might not happen in future. Thanks for your support to solve the issue on Lava Iris phone.
As I was little busy on other works, I will collect the hand phone possible today i.e. 20 Jan 2016. Hope no other problem will come again.
I would like to request to give the mobile phone with charger so that I can charge with correct charger and not getting the compliant again and again.
Hope you understand the problem, kindly do this favor atleast.

May I know, how many days will you take to resolve this issues? I submit the phone last Monday (4 Jan 2016) Now the date is 12 Jan 2016. Kindly give me a exact date on this, so that I'm not disturb you again and again. Else replace the New XOLO phone no need LAVA and all.
If you would like to provide the same phone, Kindly rectify all those problem "Battery temperature problem, Touch Problem, Internal memory problem."
I'm not like to disturb you again and again regarding this issue, hope you understand. once you provide a quality phone this problem will solved.
