[Resolved] Xolo Mobile — Mobile repairing

Sir I beg to say that i purchased XOLO Q1010i Mobile Handset on 28.05.2014 from Lucknow but later some software & other problems, i contact to your Xolo Service Center at Faizabad & deposit it for repairing. After repairing such problems arise again and i contact service center at 23.05.2015 & deposit my mobile handset again. the Job sheet no is 25868(photo copy attached) but till date my mobile handset is not repair nor replace. Service center has told me that your mobile will send to company which is situated at Noida and after 1 month you will got it. But from 23.05.2015 to till date my mobile is not repair nor i have got sufficient reason from service center. I have call your XOLO CARE REPRESENTATIVE on 07.07.2015( Request No.382110) then it came to my knowledge that my mobile has not sent to company. I also requested to service center manager to provide me work order number but he not provide me work order number.
