[Resolved] Xolo — Mobile not returned for 2 months from service

Hello Sir My Work order no:[protected] IMEI no:[protected] I gave it to Deprosys technologies on Oct 19th because mobile is not charging. Still now i m not receiving any kind of intimation from the service center.they are not even picking up the calls.

Sorry to say i contacted several times to customer care you have not given me a valid solution...My number is [protected] you can reach me anytime.Still my mobile is with you only...totally more than 3 months you are repairing my mobile...Worst customer service ever...
