Hi,
I have given my mobile (XOLO Q800) for servicing on 10th May at "Voiceplus in Kochi". As per standards the mobile was supposed to be serviced within 15 days. However, it's been more than 45 days.
1. Everytime I call service center, I get a standard response "Not yet serviced, will be done next week".
2. I called XOLO care and they have no clue except locating where the device is (like online courier trackers).
3. Sent an email to Xolo care, response is "Inconvenience regretted, we have escalated your concern to our backend team. We will get back to you ASAP.". It's been 4 days from the date of email, no action taken so far apart from a standard response.
Above are the options available. Not sure where else I have to go that's why I am registering the complaint. I am fedup calling multiple times.
Please get my mobile at the earliest.
