I had given my phone for software update in Mira road branch. Which I got back working but instead its quality has been degraded to normal quality, which should be hd quality 720p resolution, As I had bought a hd phone just before a month. When I bought my phone it was hd quality very good clarity phone. After repair through ur xolo care, its damaged. I am a working lady so now I cant give my phone for repair again n again. Which will take another 15 days to come back. As well I dont have a spare phone to use. I need a urgent new replacement for this phone. Phone details, xolo win q1000, sim1 imei- [protected], sim2 imei- [protected]. Your Mira road xolo care wants me to make a complaint here. As they can only send the phone again to repair which I don't trust. My mobile is [protected]/[protected].
