I have bought a handset Xolo -900 on 1-Mar-2014 from the shop Jasmin Mobile Vadodara with insurance as they have promised me a lot at the time of purchase.
In the month of November the handset has started giving me trouble with touch-pad & I have submitted it into nearby xolo care (Fatehgunj-Vadodara).
They have given my time frame of 30-35 days. After 5 days of submission I have got the call from Xolo care that they don't have the part(touch pad) & they were giving me a marketing offers that we don't have the part so you buy a new handset & we will give you discount of Rs. 3000 on the purchase of any xolo mobile.
I have refused the offer & asked for my repaired mobile or/a new piece or/my whole money back.
They had directly refuse my request and put the phone down ( A perfect example of pathetic service). I have complaint regarding this to the Xolo care where I have submitted my mobile to get repaired.
Your customer executive has ensured me that he will solve my query and complaint about the incidence to his superior.
After completion of 35 days now your Xolo care executive is offering me some used Xolo 900s on behalf of my mobile.
I am frustrated with the service offered by your system & if I wont get my mobile within 3 working days than I will complaint in police station as well as consumer forum regarding the same.
I am attaching mobile bill, insurnce paper & the receipt i got from the xolo care along with this description. Was this information helpful? |
