I have given my xolo phone for Not charging complaint at kochi xolo care.They sent the phone to Xolo head office for further investigation and they clamed that complaint is resolved and returned the handset.When they returned the handset phone was dead and service center person said since it was not charged for long, it is dead. Issue regarding charging is resolved and you can go home and charge mobile for some time to make it working.I went home and tried charging the phone and it didnt even get charge.Since service center was bit away from my place of stay, I couldnt approach them again.I have approached them again on 25-Aug-2015 and they said issue is not resolved and they have to sent the phone again to Xolo company.I have to wait another 15 working days to get it repaired.Is this kind of service Xolo is providing?.I have escalated this issue thorugh xolo customer care and no response received.My work order # is[protected] and model number is Q800 Was this information helpful? |
