I have purchase a xolo A500s phone three months back..before 1.5 month my phone's battery was some fault..I went to customer care they said it will take 20 to 25 days to replace the battery now it's already 30 days gone and still they are saying that we dont have battery and it will take 10 days more
I am unable to understand company don't have stock of battery and the same battery is available in market..
What the poor services they are providing, I think I have made mistake by puchasing xolo handset.. I m fed up with the services..
