[Resolved] Xolo Mobiles — Unresolved complaints of many customers company should be banned & penalized | |||||
Till the date Co. had not resolved my complaint. A person Poses as Mr. Satyaveer Yadav from XOLO Cust. Care. Dept. Called me from ([protected]) on my given mobile number, told me to explain the matter. Then he took a local Area Mngr. of Navi Mumbai on Conference. The person over the Conference was having nothing to do with my complaint to resolve but he was only in the thought of Money making in the shadow of XOLO. From the whole story it is Clearly understood that the XOLO is Looting We INDIANS by selling Cheap Chinese products in INDIAN Market who doesn't care for Hard earned money of INDIAN People. So i request to whomsoever it may concern to BANN XOLO from INDIAN Market until the Co. pays the penalties. Was this information helpful? | |||||
