[Resolved] Xolo — My Xolo Era is defected

The handset was defected when taken it to service center, they packed and provided DOA the same DOA and invoice was sent to [protected]@xolo.in but since March2016 no resolution been provided, and now the warranty is going to expire. I need the refund. Either I will be putting a case of fraud over this company. This is really very sad that the company could not solve the problem in 6months.

Updated by shiv.geotech Dear Satyaveer Yadav it is to bring to your concern/knowledge that since morning till night I am getting many calls and you are the only person who is saying that this number is not contactable. Kindly dont give such excuse. Kindly note one more number, I have talked to your executives a lot of times(uncountable) since march2016, but your executives reply that your concern is in process. and our executives will call you back.
I dont know why you people are always thinking that customers are fool.
