I have given my handset xolo q3000 to the service centre whose address is c/o ambe electronics j 40 1st floor Noida (uttar pradesh) pin code -201301 on 30/07/2014, and got msg from xolo that expected delivery date is 03/07/2014. but today when i called to the service team, they said that the h/s is is gone to the company and it will take 25 to 30 days, when i informed that i had got msg from the xolo that today is the expected delivery of the product, he replied to contact to the customer care care, Now when i called to the customer care, the executive Mr. Tejpal informed that we are not able to track the h/s details, there is no records that i had submitted the h/s to the service team and you need to co- ordinate with the service team, i informed him that service team ask to contact to the customer care he just said he cant to any thing in that also he was not ready to transfer the call to the senior and talk in the rude manner and disconnected the call/ Please help me out in this, as i am wasting my valuable time and money due to this, the work order number in the job sheet is[protected].
