The phone was submitted on 05.06.2014 to the said Service Centre: F1 Info Solutions & Services Private Ltd., Address: 1/3A Yudhistar Marg, Opp. Yojna Bhawan, Near Dear Park, C – Scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan Phone No. – [protected] Contact Person: Mr. Jagdish (Manager) It’s been above 3 months and still no solution is been provided either by the company or by the service centre. Many attempts to resolve this issue over the phone and via multiple visits to the said service centre have been fruitless. If this matter is not resolved within seven days I will be forced to go the Consumer Forum. Please give this problem your personal attention ASAP. Thanks.
