[Resolved] Xolo — no response given by xolo care and regarding person

I have given my xolo B700 to service center One & half month ago and between this period my phone comes once and its problems not resolved so i send phone again.than after I went many times to service center and called them but they didn't respond me back that what happened with my phone . Once they replied that my phone will replaced by new phone till 1st may - 2014. but till now i have called so many times to xolo care & service center but they did not replied about the new or old phone.
sir my phone's warranty period is expired in between so what should i do. please suggest me. Otherwise i have to go to consumer court.
