[Resolved] Xolo — no status of mobile which submitted for repairing | |||
I have submitted my xolo q700i mobile at xolo customer care for repairing on 15 july 2014 at noida. But after 20 days there is no status of my mobile.I have try to know the status many times but xolo representative says "Sir, your mobile will be handed over as soon as possible". Except this they have no information. very poor response...xolo must be improve it other wise will become history. Was this information helpful? | |||
