[Resolved]  Xolo — Not completed my work in prescribed time

Sir/Madam I am employee at Ministry of Home Affairs, and I have submitted my Mobile XOLO A500SIPS. Which is under warantee. The date was 26/06/2015 time was 12.20 pm. It was said that I can collect my phone from the outlet within 10 days and they will call me to collect the phone. But I have not got my phone yet.
