[Resolved] Xolo — Not getting any update about my handset which I gave to service centre for repairing one month back

Hi,
I bought XOLOQ100S on 18 jan 2014.
It got dead on 24 may 2014 as it was not getting switched on.
I took the mobile to the service centre on 26 of May and today its 20 June and I am not having any update about my handset.
I call the service centre people several times but they didn't picked the call.Usually they do like this only they don't pick the calls so I have to call the customer care and from them I getting the same answere from last 15 days that it is still in repair factory.
Please address my complain ASAP.
