I have submitted my Xolo q700i to Bhuj-Xolo customer care center on 28/06/2014 and was advice to ask after 15 days with comment “touch pad needs to be change and part will come from head office.”
On 14 July I was again told “ Ask after 7 days part has not come to Bhuj yet”
Again on 23rd July I was told the same added “Xolo company doesn’t have sufficient touch pad to give and replace old ones.”
still gettng replies like handset will come in two days
Is Xolo company not able to give part upto 45 days????
What will be my warranty of 1 year if mobile remains at customer care center for 1.5 month ???
