[Resolved] Xolo — not proper response since my handset reached their service center | |||
Hello Sir, This is Arun Kumar from Tiruppur. My xolo q800 glass got broke and so i contacted XOLO CARE and they guided me to send my handset to F1 Services Chennai and said the problem will be rectified in 5 days. My complaint id is[protected] and IMEI No is [protected]. The following person (Branch Service Executive Chennai Xolo-CSD) contacted me when the handset reached F1 Service Center Chennai and said extra complaints and informed me that the bill will be Rs.1650. But its been almost 3 weeks and every time i contact him he is not responding properly and giving stupid reasons and also every time he saying different SERVICE CHARGE. For past 2 days he is not attending my call. i think he is miss using my handset. So kindly look into this issue as soon as possible and take proper action on him and help me to get my handset in 5 days. Was this information helpful? | |||
